Professional Real Estate Listing Photography

As a real estate agent, you know that high-quality real estate photography matters. By entrusting your real estate listing photography to a professional who’s an expert in capturing interior spaces, you can showcase each home’s unique features and spend your time serving your clients, not fumbling with photography.

As a professional photographer with a wealth of experience in shooting home interiors, I know how to showcase every room at its eye-catching best, and how the right lighting and best angles make all the difference. Homes that I’ve photographed have often sold within a couple of days, at listing price or higher, saving time and effort for realtors and taking a lot of stress out of the moving process for sellers.

Let me capture the most flattering angles of your property, so that your listing can attract more interest and inspire a greater sense of trust in you as an agent.

Real Estate Listing Photography:
What You Need to Know

When you’re selling a house, you know that high-quality, true-to-life photos are crucial when you’re in the business of encouraging buyers to imagine themselves in a home. You also know that within the first few photos you see of a potential new home, buyers are either interested in learning more, or they’ve already moved on to the next search result.

From capturing those tricky indoor shots that truly convey the beauty and unique features of your home to using proven staging and shooting techniques to make your home stand out from the rest, effective Real Estate Listing Photography, using professional equipment and a trained eye, will draw buyers in.

• All image rights for use online, in print, or however you choose.

In addition, walk-through video, drone images, twilight images, and virtual staging services are available upon request, each for an additional fee.

NOTE: Please note that for Real Estate Listing Photography sessions, I work with a small team of associate photographers, each of whom are committed, as I am, to providing high-quality, personalized service to you. Thank you for your support!

Real Estate Listing Photography shoots start at $125 per listing, up to 3,000 square feet. Listings above this square footage are billed at a custom rate. "We wanted to sell our home quickly, and were blown away by Megan’s photography work and the difference it made. Her pictures beautifully highlighted every room, and she knew the little ways to stage each area and capture every detail. When we listed our home online with Megan’s pictures, the contrast between our listing and others was striking. We immediately began to schedule showings and sold the house in two days! Megan was so easy to work with, and we credit her photography with the speed and smoothness of our sale."
